Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Plumbing Helper to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
-Estimate time and extent of repairs
-Perform routine preventive maintenance
-Arrive onsite at scheduled time to work and learn
-Help Plumbing technician with any duty required to complete job including parts runs, assembling materials, making proper cuts on pipe, putting equipment away, organizing technicians tools or any task the technician deems as helpful on-site
-Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields is a plus but NOT mandatory
-Ability and want to learn and adapt
-Ability to lift 50lbs
-Ability to handle physical workload
