Restaurant Cashier

Our fun and fast/casual Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in Hollywood is hiring part-time Cashiers/Front of the House restaurant employees for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lunch or dinner shifts, as well as lunch shifts on other days during the week

If you love working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and have some background in food service, we would love to meet you We are looking for friendly and personable candidates who work well in a team and enjoy offering customers an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders.
  • Become knowledgeable about all menu items and restaurant services.
  • Accurately prepare and package orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow established safety and sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ingredient shortages and out-of-stocks.
  • Complete all assigned housekeeping and property maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience:

  • Be a fast learner, self-motivated and reliable.
  • Have proven work experience in casual dining restaurants.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
  • Food Handlers/Safe Serv certification required after hire.
  • Be able to carry up to 50 pounds and stand for at least 6 hours during a shift.
  • Excellent References.

Shift & Pay:

  • Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for lunch or dinner shifts is a MUST  We also have several weekday lunch shifts available as well.
  • Part-time.
  • Minimum wage + POOLED TIPS
