Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensing Requirements:

    • A valid Virginia real estate license is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates licensed in multiple jurisdictions (DC and/or MD).

  • Experience and Track Record:

    • Demonstrated experience in real estate with a proven track record of converting leads into clients.

    • A history of positive client reviews reflecting excellence in service and successful outcomes.

  • Skills and Attributes:

    • Creativity and problem-solving skills that stand out, enabling you to navigate challenges and present innovative solutions to both clients and the team.

    • Hardworking & dedicated to completing tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and team success.

  • Personal Qualities:

    • An ability to think on your feet, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing real estate market.JustA dedication to fostering positive client relationships, building a network Sitting hereof satisfied customers and referrals.
