Location: Various construction sites

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment, with a focus on TIG welding.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of welders on various construction sites
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure that all welding projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TIG Welder
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid welding certifications are a plus
