We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to join our team at a home daycare and preschool. Our center provides care for children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old, and we are seeking someone who is comfortable working with the 18 month to 2.5 year old age group and the 2.5 to 5 year old group, and that has a strong passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging activities for toddlers, including arts and crafts, singing, dancing, and reading. Provide personal care for toddlers, including diapering/potty time, snack and lunchtime, and nap time. Maintain open and positive communication with the parents of toddlers and colleagues. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all toddlers at all times.

Qualifications: Prior experience working with toddlers is a must. Education in child development or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, staff, and other stakeholders. Ability to create a supportive and educational environment for toddlers. Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
All employees must complete a background check, CPR certification, up-to-date TB clearance, and updated vaccinations (flu shot, MMR, tDap).
