Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounts payable processing
- Processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors
- Weekly check runs
- Monitor and process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle and resolve inquiries and discrepancies with vendors
- Obtain necessary invoice approvals
Qualifications:
- Hight School Diploma Required, Associate's, Bachelor's degree in business, or accounting preferred
- 3+ years proven experience in full cycle accounts payable processing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v look-ups, formulas)
- Experience with cloud based accounting systems (i.e. Netsuite)
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with vendors and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
