Job DescriptionJob Description

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining and supporting of maintenance staff as needed with tasks in the production, warehouse, and general building environment. The Maintenance Associate will be part of a maintenance team made of up an overall supervisor and individual technicians working on PM's, break/fix responses, safety inspections, and general housekeeping of maintenance areas.

Candidates will need to possess the following:

  • Mechanically inclined skills and attributes
  • General knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
  • Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to function as a team member with a drive to complete task in a timely manner
  • Operate a forklift as necessary to complete tasks

Candidates must have the following:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance and stand for long periods of time
  • Be able to work in a warehouse shop environment

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

6am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Some staff members will work 10 hour days and Saturdays as needed.
