Salary: $100,000 plus with commission

As a Commercial Laundry Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients in industries such as hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, restaurants, spas, gyms, and other businesses requiring commercial laundry equipment and services. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to understand clients' needs, recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients within the target market segments.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

2. Consultative Selling:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their laundry requirements, challenges, and budget constraints.

• Present commercial laundry equipment, solutions, and services tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services to highlight value propositions effectively.

3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.

• Overcome objections and address concerns raised by clients to facilitate successful deal closures.

4. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.

• Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

o Proven track record of successful sales experience in the commercial laundry industry or a related field.

o Strong understanding of commercial laundry equipment, technology, and solutions.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.

o Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Additional Requirements:

o Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to meet clients on-site.

o Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for client meetings and industry events.

o A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
