Sterling Heights, MI

Co. builds machine tooling for the Big 3 and other OEMs

 

Shift: 6am-2:30pm (some OT available)

 

Pay: Up to $46/hr

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, troubleshoot Fanuc Collaborative Robots: Material Handling and MIG Welding.
  • Calibrate, configure, research and development of best set ups for robotic and vision systems
  • Travel to customer sites to install robotic systems.
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager as needed.

Education/Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in programming Fanuc material handling and welding robots required.
  • Must be GRS (General Motors) Certified.
  • Prefer experience with Vision systems and DCS - Dual Check Safety.
  • Must be able and willing to travel 40% of the time within the US and Canada.

 

Position is 90 day contract to direct hire
