Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems including PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring.
  • PLC Programming: Program, diagnose, and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to optimize production processes.
  • Equipment Installation: Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and other machinery.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.
  • CNC, Lathe, Mill, and Machining: Provide maintenance and support for CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
  • Technical Support: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery, including electrical wiring and mechanical adjustments.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and inventory of parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting. Experience with CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment is a significant advantage.
  • Education: Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document maintenance activities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support production schedules.
