Treasury Analyst

Corporate Treasury is responsible for managing cash, debt, and financial risk. This position is responsible for ensuring proper management and administration of the company's various banking platforms and payroll systems. This is a critical, fast-paced role as we grow and integrate new businesses into our banking structure. The Treasury Analyst will have extensive interaction with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain all Vensure's banking portals, ensure proper controls, update user access rights, and perform periodic access audits.
Create and maintain bank information in all payroll systems company-wide and verify proper cash movements.
Test positive pay and Nacha files with our banks.
Maintain documentation and perform tasks in line with the company's internal compliance and controls.
Participate in discussions with senior leadership about banking strategies for new acquisitions
Assist in any future Treasury/Accounting system implementations
Back-up other Treasury personnel in their absence
Other duties as assigned

Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Experience with bank account management
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management skills, as well as attention to detail
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
Qualifications
2 years' experience in Treasury with direct systems maintenance work preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed
