Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Woodbury, Connecticut Area

Soliant Education is currently seeking two dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Woodbury, Connecticut area. These positions offer a daily schedule from 8:25 AM to 3:25 PM.

Number of Openings: 2

Age Group: K-2

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy to students.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior.
  • Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Additional Benefits:

  • RBTs will receive BCBA supervision through the district, allowing for professional growth and development.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and support in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay:

  • $22-27 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
