Chando's Tacos in Fair Oaks is looking for crew members to join our team.

The Crew Member in Chando’s Tacos is responsible for championing all functions within our restaurants. A crew member will be expected to know how to prep, cook, BBQ, produce, assemble, and finish all of our food menu items. The crew member is an essential part of our concept, and is tasked with a multitude of other job functions, including but not limited to; cleaning and maintaining your work area, assisting with equipment maintenance and detail cleanings, checking deliver invoices to ensure correct product deliveries, delivering an extraordinary Guest Experience, and being a part of an industry leader in Mexican Street Style Faire.

Responsibilities

· Crew member is directly responsible for driving World-Class Guest Experience in our restaurants.

· Crew member will be first point of contact our guests see when they enter the building.

· Will be tasked with producing all food by preparing recipes and products correctly, exactly how they are labeled in Chando’s Tacos production and recipe guides.

· Be able to work in a fast paced, intense environment and handle stressful situations with grace and ease.

· Responsible for maintaining facilities and participating in routine, scheduled maintenance, and detailed cleaning.

· Responsible for being in correct uniform, every day, and upholding all of Chando’s Tacos standards and policies.

Responsabilidades
