Industrial Painter

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PAINT DEPT

Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 7 am – 4 pm; Friday 7 am – 1 pm.

Rate of Pay: $18/hr.

I.          Job Qualifications

1.      Ability to use a forklift safely and effectively.

2.      Must be able to follow directions efficiently.

3.      Must be remain clean shaven.

4.      Must be able to comply with all safety rules and procedures.

5.      Must wear and maintain the required protective clothing and equipment including safety glasses, (BMS will provide safety glasses, ear plugs, paint suit, paint hood, and respiratory mask to employee.)

II.          Skills

1.      Attention to detail

2.      Must be able to work independently.

3.      Must be able to stand for 8 hrs, walk for 2 hrs, sit 0 hrs

4.      NOTE: Any material exceeding 35lbs-50lbs must be lifted with help from another employee or a forklift.

III.          Experience & Education

1.      1 year of Industrial Painting Experience (Required)

2.      High School Diploma (or GED)

3.      Forklift Experience (Will Train)

After Probationary Period will be Available for next Quarter:

1.      Attendance Bonus ($.25/hour per quarter not exceeding $1.00/hour)
