Labor Solutions Professional is seeking a responsible Wet Batch Painter for a company located in Addison, IL that specializing in Powder Coating,

Schedule 6:30AM -3:30PM

Temp to Perm

$25 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped before painting.
  • Mixing Paints: Accurately mix various primers and paints.
  • Application: Apply coatings with precision, following industry and military specifications.
  • Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance: Clean and maintain all finishing equipment regularly.
  • Physical Tasks: Lift heavy parts repetitively and stand for the duration of the shift.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven ability to prep parts, mix and apply primers and paints, and apply coatings effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality control.
  • Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety protocols related to coating application and equipment handling.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy parts repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
