We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers to work in both shop and field environments for a reputable mechanical company. Experience in HVAC or welding is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidates will assist with various tasks to support our team in completing projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and organization of work areas in the shop and on construction sites
- Support technicians and tradespeople with various tasks as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC, welding, or a related field is preferred but not required
