The Program Coordinator will play a hands-on role in supporting and implementing the overall strategic direction and initiatives of the organization. Implementing the direction and initiatives involves proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including businesses and high school and college students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success while positively impacting the communities we serve. 1. Program Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
2. Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other relevant organizations to enhance collaboration and support for our programs.
3. Marketing and Communications: Assist in developing and implementing marketing programs to raise awareness of our organization’s mission and increase engagement with our target audience.
4. Event Coordination: Plan, lead, attend, and host special events, meetings, and other activities to promote the organization’s mission and objectives.
5. Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and Identifying opportunities for process improvements and organizational growth and actively contribute to ongoing learning and development initiatives.
6. Professional Demeanor: Demonstrates emotional maturity to accept and manage change while maintaining composure in a variety of situations. Be a team player and value other’s perspectives. The grit, creativity, and determination to implement new ideas and programs with a problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ related work experience, Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite and CRM software, and willing to learn and embrace new skills.
• Commitment to the organization’s mission and values, with a passion for supporting and empowering others to achieve their goals.
• Some local travel is required; applicants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits:
