Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Referral Specialist to join our team You will initially be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients on a part-time basis in an entry level position.  Depending on the employee, this position could transition to a full-time sales position.  

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients over the phone
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Cold calling current customers and new opportunities from lead lists
  • Meet goals/quotas

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong cold calling/objection handling skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance
  • Reliable transportation
