As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team and help drive our procurement operations to new heights.

Job Description:

As a Purchasing Manager at Sigan, you will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to optimize our supply chain and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute a strategic sourcing strategy to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers who meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

2.       Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving performance improvements.

3.       Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost reduction initiatives.

4.       Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs.

5.       Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure that products and services meet our quality standards.

6.       Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

7.       Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in procurement activities.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in managerial role.

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
