About the Role: Located in Tampa, FL, the Business Analyst role at Mad Mobile is a pivotal position in our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

  • Own: Take ownership of analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions.

  • Define: Clearly define and understand business requirements, specifications, and objectives.

  • Develop: Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive business documentation, including process flows and use cases.

  • Deliver: Ensure timely completion of business analysis milestones, providing insights for decision-making.

  • Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of business process modeling and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Previous involvement in process improvement initiatives.
