We are seeking an energetic OT to be a part of our wonderful pediatric therapy team

We can accommodate your schedule and are looking to hire, full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Punctual and consistent team player able to arrive to appointments and shifts on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
  • Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
  • Timely documentation and billing
  • Organize and update patient records
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Assist OTR's with collecting valuable data and progress to assist with updating goals.

The ideal candidate will perform therapy with a play-based approach, incorporating movement and gym activities into their therapy strategies. Experience with Sensory Integration, Primitive Reflexes or other pediatric specialties highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited university
  • Occupational Therapy license from the State of Massachusetts Required
  • NBCOT Certification Required
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and independent work qualities
  • Mentoring and working with OTA fieldwork students and interns on a daily basis.
  • MUST BE RELIABLE and comes to work daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Autism in a pediatric population a plus
  • Experience with Trauma informed care a plus

For the FULL-time position:

  • Monday - Thursday schedule (8am – 7pm) 
  • FRIDAY'S OFF
  • WEEKEND'S OFF
