Job Description:
  • Assist with company's Legacy Program reconcile payments, compose correspondence, enter all related journal entries.
  • Administration of the Charitable Gift Annuity Program and the Pooled Income Fund.
  • Calculate and prepare contracts, update annuity database and various spreadsheets.
  • Administer company's Fleet Program (Includes insurance and FuelServe). Compile and verify renewal information, report insurance claims and follow-up. Maintain Car Database including receiving and processing registration renewals. Maintain Corporate Titles files.
  • Prepare Wire Transfers
  • Request updated CIOs for new and current contracts and verify CIOs received meet requested requirements. Maintain CIO database.
  • Maintain office supplies and make service calls.
Education: College Degree (BA, BS) or work history equivalentExperience/Skills Required:
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. (This position communicates with outside professionals as well as members and in-house personnel).
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
