We are looking to hire a CNC Tool Maker who can set up and operate CNC machines, plan sequences for optimal efficiency, and work within exceptionally tight tolerances.
Job Description: Are you passionate about precision engineering and thrive in a fast-paced environment? As a CNC Tool Maker you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality tools and components to exact specifications. From programming CNC machines to planning and executing machining sequences, your expertise will ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision tooling and components.
• Program CNC machines using CAM software to generate tool paths and machining sequences.
• Plan and execute machining sequences to optimize efficiency and meet production deadlines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exceptionally tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and products.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Ability to plan and execute machining sequences to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within tight tolerances.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Diploma or certification in machining or related field preferred.
