This company continues to grow and is seeking to add a Fabricator for the first or second shifts to its production facility in Western Iowa. The successful candidate will work with a team of fabricators and operate equipment to fabricate parts and materials needed to make quality products. Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication machinery, including CNC laser, waterjet, and brake press
• Perform accurate inventory tracking and labor time recording
• Utilize SAP for accessing inventory data
• Operate laser, waterjet, and brake press machinery alongside MIG/TIG welding skills and certification
• Utilize machine knowledge and proactive identification and documentation of efficiency enhancements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a job shop environment that includes fabrication
• Can apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a variety of materials and machining techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday: 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 7:00AM - 3:30PM or Monday - Thursday 2:00PM - 12:30AM
