Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Must Know How to Paint)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with painting experience to join our. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, with a particular emphasis on painting. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks, we want you to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces.

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.

• Repair and maintain building fixtures, machinery, and equipment.

• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

• Proficiency in painting and surface preparation techniques.

• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance and painting.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
