Busy, small lawn and pest control company looking for a great lawn/pest control technician - prefer with experience.

We are a company that provides lawn treatment and pest control.
We also provide household pest control. We are not a landscaping or mowing company.

This is a position working OUTSIDE all year - spraying lawns and trees and shrubs with fertilizer, insect control, fungicide, etc.
We are looking for a candidate with the aptitude to work independently on a dedicated route servicing customer's lawns and shrubs.
Must be self-driven, willing to learn and gain expertise as well as customer satisfaction oriented.
No Sales involved at this time - only maintaining a dedicated route of happy customers AND LAWNS

Job Requirements:
* MUST have: Florida Driver's License with CLEAN driving record - no points, no tickets - insurance reasons for driving company trucks
*This is a position working OUTSIDE all year - spraying lawns and trees and shrubs with fertilizer, insect control, fungicide, etc.
* MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE
* Prefer a Pinellas County resident for driving and traffic familiarity.
* Must be comfortable working outside - in the heat of summer - and - cool of winter
* Willing to work OT as needed and weekly OT available
* Company vehicle and dedicated route of customers
* Company PAID uniforms and boots
* Company cellphone supplemental paid separately
* Company PAID state / FDAC testing and licensing
* NO sales - NO customer service needed - all of that is handled by the office

High School diploma, resident of Pinellas County, dependable and reliable transportation, and Good Attendance

Paid WEEKLY, OT AVAILABLE

$14 - $18 hr DOE to be discussed in interview depending on experience.
