We are looking for a uniquely skilled individual for our formliner division.

 

The qualified candidate will be responsible for operating a cnc router and thermoforming equipment.

 

Job Skills Requirements

 

• Able to run and program a CNC router.
• Understand g-code and basic programming.
• Able to run various plastic materials on thermoformer, specifically ABS and Polystyrene plastic
  • Experience is a plus. Training will be given
• Understand architectural blueprints and shop drawings
• Able to read tape measure
• Basic carpentry experience a plus
• Be familiar with circular saws, jig saws, miter saws, table saws, and other carpentry power tools.
• Basic machine maintenance experience
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to drive a fork lift
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Initiative and problem solving skills are a must
• Shift starts at 4 a.m. - 8 to 10 hour work days are typical + staggered Saturday shifts. OT continually available.

 

 

Minimum Training and Experience:

 

· High School Graduate or any equivalent combination of training or experience
