The company distributes, i services fueling equipment for retail fueling stations, commercial Retail . Ramoco Fuels NC LLC operates 30 stores and is looking to expand . TSM has a wide variety of skills and will be able to work through difficult problems. This person must be able to problem solve, maintains & fuel dispensers knowledge and maintenance issues ; submersible fuel pumps; service station site controllers; credit card readers; cash registers tank & line monitoring equipment; various other types of equipment found in service station and convenience gas stations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Make sure the stores are clean
• Train operators and staff
• Track monthly,weekly results and trends for business
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Problem solving
• Send out daily reports
• Store Vists

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in  Gas retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Clean driving record
