Great Opportunity for Experienced Maintenance Tech

 

 

Maintenance person helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the condominium Association & report to the Property Manager. Ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained. Candidate must have initiative and the ability to work independently and report to the manager work that was accomplished.

Responsible for cleaning and grounds keeping duties such as taking out trash, pick up, cleaning bathrooms, other duties as assigned.

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

 

· Daily maintenance of the clubhouse, restrooms & pool area.

· Change light bulbs & clean covers.

Check for any work orders & complete them.

· Sweeping, mopping, window cleaning & check restrooms

· Interior and exterior maintenance, including grounds keeping maintenance, exterior cleaning, & minor landscaping.

· Assist with hurricane/storm preparation or set up for any events.

· Take dumpsters out & put away Tuesday & Fridays.

· Clean hallways for 42 buildings front & back.

· Pressure clean sidewalks.

 

 

 

Full Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 1 Hour Lunch

Pay Scale: Up to $23 DOE
