**Job Description:**

As a Crew Member at OTMC Exterior Cleaning, you will play a crucial role in delivering our core services to clients. This position requires a willingness to learn, reliability, and a positive attitude. You will work under the guidance of a Crew Leader to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform exterior cleaning services, including softwashing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and paver sealing.

- Operate and maintain work equipment and tools safely and effectively.

- Follow instructions and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

- Communicate with team members and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

- Support the Crew Leader in all aspects of the job, including setup, execution, and cleanup of work sites.

- Learn and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience is recommended but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.

- Must have Valid driver's license.
