About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Revolution USA in Fayetteville, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and make a positive impact on their lives through occupational therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills and mobility
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education and support
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and their families
