Job DescriptionJob Description

CMS is looking for a Salesforce Developer (must have Active Security Clearance) to support our client at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in Salesforce development and implementation. The developer will be a key member of the Salesforce implementation project team and be responsible for the overall design and build of Salesforce components, modules, and applications. Focus areas will be on development, integration, and securing access between systems by creating, testing, and evaluating results, to ensure components have been verified and approved following protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as the Developer will interact and partner directly with stakeholders to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization, and successful project delivery.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems; understanding of API level integrations between applications
  • Solid understanding of deploying/migrating Salesforce code from a sandbox into production environments.
  • Proficient with Agile Methodologies to support Agile production deployments on a rotational basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals to solve complex business problems.
  • Ability to multi-task with good decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn the intricacies of a new industry and move through new topics at a rapid pace.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport persuades others, and gains understanding.
  • Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risks, to stimulate, market, and sell new ideas within the organization. o Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
