We are looking for a motivated Concrete and Masonry Surface Specialist to join our restoration team.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Aesthetic repairs of building concrete and masonry.
  • Determining materials needed to repair/restore concrete and masonry back to the original design intent.
  • Visually inspect repair work to assess and check that the level of detail required is achieved.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
  • Other assignments as requested by the Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in the construction industry. Experience in the field of concrete and masonry restoration preferred, but not required.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • ROAD WARRIOR - Must be able and willing to travel within the US. Travel is typically outside the NJ area and often require extended stays of up to two weeks at a time.
  • Ability to identify and ensure project safety.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional and positive demeanor, cultivating a day-to-day work environment where all team members can be optimally productive as they drive towards client satisfaction and project success.
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working well with others in a team environment.
  • Although the company covers all costs associated with travel expenses, all candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a credit card in their name to cover travel incidentals.

Required Certifications:

  • 40 hours of OSHA Certifications
  • Current OSHA Aerial Work Platform

Candidates will be required to possess safety certifications within 90 days of appointment. The company will provide training to qualified candidates.

Compensation:

  • In addition to a competitive compensation, the company offers a "per diem" to cover all M&IE expenses while travelling.
