We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time float position to work with K-12 students across multiple schools in the Chula Vista, CA area for the 24-25 school yearPart-time applicants are also encouraged to apply. This role requires traveling between schools, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the clinical support team to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Provide training and resources to staff and parents to promote consistent student support.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
  • Preferably with previous school-based experience.
  • Proficient understanding of the needs of K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
