We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our IT team full-time on-site in West Houston. As a key member of our data management team, you’ll collaborate with technical experts to implement our data strategy, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant data for decision-making and operational excellence.


Data Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Data Pipelines (50%): Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS, including ETL processes.
- Data Architecture (20%): Develop and optimize data architecture to support business needs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Data Integration (10-15%): Ensure seamless integration across systems, enhancing data consistency and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work with analytics, IT, and business teams to define data requirements and provide technical leadership.
- Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce data security and governance policies.


Data Engineer Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Expertise in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.
- Experience with data warehouse technologies like Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
