We are seeking a experience Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team You will perform necessary routine and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Landlord’s maintenance work including minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, paving, lighting, drywall repairs. HVAC experience a PLUS
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload. The Individual will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday (8:30AM - 5:30PM), on-call & rotation schedule
- Self motivated
- Must be a team player.
