About the Position:

Are you highly organized? Are you a self-starter? Are you creative and enjoy solving problems? We are looking for an individual who enjoys bringing order to any situation. You will directly assist our Print Production Manager with order processing, design, setup, problem solving, for digital print jobs. You must be highly organized and self-driven with the desire for responsibility. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a high energy and excellent customer service skills.

Position Duties (but not limited to):

  • Providing outstanding service to customers
  • Assist in various aspects of design and production to meet customer requirements.
  • Working with sales and production to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Engage in digital and production operations, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Operate various digital machinery with precision and care. Basic knowledge of machine operation is preferred but not essential.
  • Receive training on a range of equipment including digital presses, scanners, and various finishing machinery.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist in different areas of the operation as needed.
  • Computerized logging and tracking

Position Desired Requirements:

  • Customer service exposure
  • Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • At least one year of print industry (or related) experience
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Communicating with diplomacy and tact
  • Professional demeanor
  • Outgoing and pleasant attitude
  • Experience or interest in graphic design and print production.
  • Basic understanding of digital machinery operation (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
  • Willingness to be involved in various aspects of the business beyond typical job duties.
  • Passionate about pursuing a long-term career, not just a job.
