Sunbelt Staffing is searching for a qualified Travel X-ray Technologist to join our team in Olean, NY for a dynamic 13-week contract. This is your chance to make a difference in patient care while exploring a scenic Upstate New York city

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray examinations using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Assist surgeons during surgical procedures to provide real-time fluoroscopic imaging.
  • Position patients for optimal image acquisition, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • NYS License in Radiologic Technology or X-ray.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in X-ray.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist, with experience in a surgical setting preferred.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
