Duties:

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Sell merchandise and promote special offers or promotions
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare and make pizzas to order

Experience:

- Proficiency in English communication
- Familiarity with POS System is a plus
