Division Analyst

• Full Time-In Office

• Mon-Fri

• Hybrid

Job Requirements:

• Transactional accounting

• Basic analysis and follow-up work

• Grants exposure/knowledge is a plus

• Non-profit experience is a plus

• Create monthly financial reports.

• Develop annual budget for assigned programs.

• Responsible for revenue and expenses booked to assigned divisions.

• Forecast financial revenue and expenses.

• Process/approve payments from vendors.

• Process/approve program purchases.

• Charge to general ledger codes

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Develop and submit billing reports.

Pay Rate:

  • $63-65k/annually
  • $30-32/hour
