Interim CFO

We are seeking an Interim CFO to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and oversees all of the financial activities of the division
- Advises divisional and financial management in all financial matters. Position has focus on Accounting and Financial Planning. Provides advice and input on financial decisions impacting the division
- Implements and monitors effective controls and procedures, evaluate project financials, prepare accurate and timely reporting
- Manages divisional financial results (P&L) and related processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of accounting, financial principles, and ability to apply in a business setting
- Experience in Plumbing or Construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of country statutory and tax accounting and reporting requirements
- Ability to build trust and gain support of team across the organization
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Broad business management experience in construction a plus
