Conference Specialist

Pittsburgh (Monroeville area) technology group in need of an Audio/Visual Conference Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Taking reservations
- Setting up and managing conferences
- Using the reservations and passcode systems
- Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
- Establishing a good rapport with customers
- Interacting well with other departments
- Handling customer service issues
- Participating in certain Operations teams (ex. transcriptions team)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- Good phone presence
- Excellent verbal/English skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- 2-3 years of professional work experience
- A background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus
- PC/Windows skills required; Microsoft applications, Internet, network/other technical skills preferred
