Job Responsibilities:

• Dump and Load Railcars and Trucks: Efficiently manage the transfer of grain by unloading and loading railcars and trucks.
• Operate Grain Dryer: Safely and effectively operate grain drying equipment to ensure optimal grain quality.
• Assist with Grain Handling: Support various grain handling tasks, including moving, sorting, and managing grain inventory.
• General Housekeeping Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Safety Commitment: Adhere to safety procedures to maintain a zero injury culture.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attendance: Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and be flexible to work in a team setting.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude at all times.
