Pizza Maker/Prep/Cook

Crafting/making pizza's, hand pressing pizza dough, creating salads, and preparing foods. Duties & Responsibilities: Follow standard recipes and direction to prepare food; memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions.

Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as: dough, sauces, and toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. Cook pizzas that satisfy our customers' expectations. Monitor inventory and communicate with a supervisor when stock and supplies are running low.

Qualifications

• Strong food preparation and cooking skills
• Experience in food service and food handling
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience
• Knowledge of the food industry and culinary practices
• Proficiency in knife skills and meal preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Catering and serving experience would be beneficial
