We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in our company’s advertising campaigns.

If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you.

Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data.

Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement successful marketing campaigns (On and offline) to ensure product awareness and rotation.
  2. Report campaign effectiveness by analyzing sales over investment (ROI).
  3. Organize frequent promotional activities for products/services (On and Off - BTL).
  4. Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
  5. Report progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists.
  6. Planning and implementation of mc armor digital communications strategy, including social media and email campaigns. This includes:
    • Managing mc armor social media accounts.
    • Developing and implementing online advertising strategies.
    • Overseeing email outreach campaigns.
    • Developing and running regular analytics reports on mc armor online communications work across platforms, and recommending and implementing adaptations based on the findings.
  7. Creates content for and manages mc armor websites and blogs. This includes:
    • Managing and updating existing websites and blogs.
    • Development and launch of new websites and other digital communications tools.
    • Designing online publications, tools, and other resources.
  8. Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences).
  9. Identify and analyze competitors and potential markets (States, new opportunities).
  10. Ideate and produce promotional materials.
  11. Ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across all websites and online platforms.
  12. Copyediting online communications and providing other quality control checks, as needed.
  13. Working with staff to ensure accessibility of all mc armor digital content, ensuring that all digital media meets or exceeds the standards.
  14. Provides digital communications support for major conferences, convenings, and other events.
  15. Serves as a liaison between the communications department and customers.

Requirements and skills

  1. Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role.
  2. Proven work experience leading digital marketing strategies.
  3. Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  4. Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  5. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords, Meta Business Suite, Programatic.
  6. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
