The compensation for this position is commission-based, with a 50-50 split. A fully licensed LPC or LCSW can expect to earn $40-$70 per session.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated master's level Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including children, adults, and AODA . The role involves working in an outpatient setting, focusing on behavioral health interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, ACT, etc. The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed LPC or LCSW with experience in treating substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with various mental health conditions
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency in conducting psychotherapy sessions with children, adults, geriatric populations, and AODA treatment.
- Knowledge of psychotherapy principles and therapeutic techniques
- Familiarity with outpatient mental health services and treatment modalities
- Experience in addressing behavioral health concerns and implementing effective therapeutic interventions
