Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis, working Wednesdays, Thursday, and half day on Fridays. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental services while fostering positive patient relationships and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
  2. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
  3. Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.
  4. Administer local anesthesia and sedation as necessary to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
  5. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns, answer questions, and alleviate anxieties.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Collaborate with our dental team to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  9. Stay informed about advancements in dental technology, techniques, and materials to enhance treatment outcomes and efficiency.
  10. Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix and CEREC is preferred.

 

Requirements:

  1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  2. Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.
  3. Minimum of two years' experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
  4. Strong clinical skills and ability to deliver exceptional dental care with precision and efficiency.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine concern for patient well-being.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  7. Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  8. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.
