Architectural Draftsman

Minimum of 3 years experience in Architectural Drafting for Residential and Commercial projects. Perform site visits for collecting and implementing data into working plans. Advanced expertise in computer-assisted drafting (AutoCAD).
Familiar with City of Houston and Harris County codes and regulations.

The candidate should be able to work well in a design team environment and with senior management. The candidate should have extremely strong interpersonal skills and time-management skills, and strong graphics skills. The candidate should be an effective presenter of ideas and concepts, possess knowledge of interior finishes and trends, be dedicated to client service, have client-oriented personalities with an aptitude for progressive design, be able to coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, set and meet strict deadlines, and be educated in the submittal process for Harris County and City of Houston.
