Product Line Leader
Job Location: HC Pacific- Ontario, CA
Job Summary:
The Product Line Leader will be tasked with driving the strategic direction, development, and growth of our military product offerings. Utilizing advanced analytics tools such as Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP for investment forecasting and deep analysis.
In this role, your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Military product line, leveraging advanced analytics to gain deep insights into market trends and customer needs.
- Identify, shop, and quote military opportunities with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis using Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the military sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product specifications, features, and pricing strategies based on data-driven insights and investment forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback using advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including military organizations, government agencies, and industry partners, leveraging analytics to inform strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop Long-Term Agreement (LTA) opportunities with Department of Defense (DoD) contractors and Sub-Contractors.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred
- Proven track record of success in product management or related roles, preferably within the military or defense industry.
- Experienced in Aerospace Sales.
- Strong understanding of military procurement processes, regulations, and contracting requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving product innovation and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
