We are seeking a Retail Flower Shop Salesperson to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers over phone and in person
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs
  • Educate customers about our products and services
  • Enter and process customer orders on computer
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Learn basic floral design skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Typing and Computer entry skills
